    Emergent is seeking a dynamic and personable sales professional to generate new business leads in a fast-paced business environment.  This internal call team receives extensive sales training and will gain valuable experience in technology licensing sales. The Sales Development Role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and internal promotions.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Research the market for new sales leads
    • Staffing Technology events
    • Drive new sales opportunities to sales force
    • Maintains existing customer base
    • Assist in sales and marketing projects
    • Develop quotes
    • Process orders
    • Handle basic customer service inquiries regarding products, licensing, and purchasing

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred majors are Business, IT, Marketing, Graphic Communication, or similar fields and/or equivalent work experience.
    • Candidate must exhibit timeliness and reliability.
    • Ideal Candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
    • Ability to work well within a team.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attentive to detail and organized.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
